The family of the late Fred Tomkinson would like to thank, Crewe Ambulance Station and Leighton Hospital ''Intensive Care Unit'', for all the kindness and care that was shown to Fred, but the kindness and compassion that was given to Ann, Sharon and Amanda in their hour's of need, this was comforting and will never be forgotten. The family would also like to thank family, friends and neighbours for all their kind thoughts and cards and donations given to us at this sad time
